Professional background

Since my PhD, I taught biostatistics and modelling at Université de La Rochelle and I have been a Postdoctorate fellow at Université Laval.
I am involved in several European and Canadian research networks as specialist in modelling trophic network and complex networks analysis.

Academic background

Directrice : Nathalie Niquil (DR CNRS), co-responsable : Alain Vézina (Regional Director Fisheries and Oceans Canada).
Financement : CNRS-Région Poitou-Charentes.

2009: Master 2 Approche Intégrée des Ecosystèmes Littoraux (mention AB), Univ. La Rochelle.

Research interests

  • Marine ecology: study of emerging properties of complex marine ecosystems via mathematical network analysis
  • Numerical ecology: inverse modelling of trophic networks to estimate missing fluxes + computing ecological network indices to reveal (hidden) emerging properties
  • Theoretical ecology: analyzing trophic networks structure and functioning via ecosystems' stability and maturation theory

Ongoing research projects

  • Planktonic trophic network properties in Canadian Arctic
  • GreenEdge project
  • BriGHT project
